Power: We coordinate with utilities, design the incoming service and power distribution to the last piece of equipment or device served. Current and future power needs are assessed and accounted for with every project. 

Generators: Whether your new or existing facility requires emergency or standby power, we can design and integrate the backup systems your project requires. 

Lighting Designs: We take a thoughtful approach in making lighting efficient and beautiful. Lighting isn't always about illuminating spaces, but also drawing the eye to appreciate architectural features, building facades, and landscape. Our drawings can include specific manufacturer and model numbers, photometrics, and diagrammatic wiring schemes that are easy to understand. 

Lighting Controls: We have a history of acquiring, testing and commissioning lighting controls. Rogue River Engineering partners with lighting control manufacturers, representatives, electrical contractors and owners. 

Fire Alarm: Designs may range from basic business applications to robust emergency voice evacuation systems. Documents can range from performance designs to complete drawings showing manufacturer and model numbers, AHJ listings, calculations, riser diagrams, site and floor plans.

Low Voltage: Designs may include coordination with incoming utilities, layout of server rooms, backbone and horizontal runs, data device drop locations, wireless access points, intrusion controls, public announcement systems, access controls and more. 

Design Models: We work with basic 2D to 3D high level of development drawings. We can import and export IFC Models ,  AutoCAD and Revit models.

Lighting controls are becoming complex and difficult to navigate for contractors and lighting representatives. Rogue River Engineering understands the controls world and works with professionals to specify controls suitable to the project and energy code. These controls can be shipped to us to pre-program before they reach the site. These devices are forwarded to the contractor or representative and boxed by room name and number. Upon contractor installation and the flip of a breaker, the lighting controls function out of the box. For those asking for further support, Rogue River Engineering also offers extended on-site troubleshooting and programming adjustments to suit owner preferences.
